The BioNano Research Facility has a state-of-art mass spectrometer, the Thermo Scientific Q-Exactive. This LC-MS/MS has a quadrupole mass filter and an orbitrap mass analyzer combining high resolution and high sensitivity (< 1ppm accuracy).
